
Information sources
Sources of information are those items which you can obtain information needed for making decision in company.
At each level of the enterprise, often require different types of information, including:
* At the top level (made by executives, managers, etc.) May require information necessary to design strategies that determine the course of the company, or allowing their expansion (usually require specific and timely information.)
* In the middle tier (consisting of leaders, managers, etc.) May require information necessary to design business strategies (often require more detailed information than in the previous level).
* At the operational level (made up of operators, vendors.) It may require information necessary for the execution of tasks (usually require more detailed information than in the previous level).
And to get the required information is used to sources of information, which can be divided into internal and external sources:
Internal sources
Sources are found within the company.
Examples of internal sources can be the internal database (which, for example, allow information relating to customers), financial statements (which, for example, can obtain information regarding the financial situation of the company), records inventory, sales records, cost records, the company staff, etc.
