Why would Ferrari want to win the F1 racing series? Enzo Ferrari, at the beginning  in F1 Racing Series, gives a simple answer to this question: “To Sell Cars”. Today, Ferrari is the only team that has always participated in the F1 race in every season without missing a season too!

When people hear the word “Ferrari” then what comes to mind is, sports-cars, race, or speeding. No one, Ferrari is synonymous with car racing. Although not always prevail in the event F1, Ferrari enjoyed some golden age in each decade. Worst times of the Ferrari is in the early 90′s. During the period of 5 years, since the 1991 season until the end of the 1995 season, Ferrari only managed to win two Grand Prix by Gerhard Berger in Germany GP 1994 and GP Canada Alesi in 1995. Means the Ferrari past three seasons, 1991-1994 without a win even once.
The fate of Ferrari started again improved when Michael Schumacer entered the 1996 season.

Later period is the historical period when Michael Schumacher and Ferrari synonymous with synonymous with victory.
Ferrari triumph at the end of the era of the 90s and early 2000s did not achieved easily. Victory after victory is obtained thanks to a combination of excellence three elements, namely: the quality of people, organizations, and technology.

Of the three elements, one element is paramount. Therefore, the superiority of the latter two elements are formed thanks to the management by some of the key personnel at Ferrari, Jean Todt, Ross Brawn, and of course, Michael Schumacher.
When Jean Todt was first appointed as Ferrari Team Principal by Luca di Montezemolo in 1993, Ferrari was the lowest on the charts throughout the history of Ferrari. Todt found that Ferrari has it all, engineers, facilities, and technology. But the entire facility was not used effectively
